We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
Free Plan: Access to core features with no payment required.
Paid Plans (Pro, Premium): Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

All content on CashYield, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CashYield and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
CashYield integrates with third-party services including Polygon.io (market data), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (authentication and data storage). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHYIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CASHYIELD IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashYield and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
